Welcome to Continuing Education at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing! Our mission is to provide quality learning experiences for professional nurses that will enhance their knowledge and advance the discipline of nursing. More specifically, our goals are to:

NEWS & HIGHLIGHTS

Spring 2008 Preceptor Workshop: Information and Registration
Support dissemination of evidence-based nursing practice knowledge
Encourage interdisciplinary learning and collaborative experiences
Provide information on evolving trends in nursing and health care
Promote the development of innovative approaches in nursing education

Our programs are planned by members of our faculty as well as nurses and other health care professionals in the community. Programming may include conferences, symposia, workshops, and certificate programs and are developed for alumni and nurses in and around northern Ohio. Some offerings serve wider audiences.

Accreditation

The Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing (OH-216) is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (OBN-001-91).
