AV Equipment and Cart Requests
The main portion of AV equipment is taken care of by our Facilities Department here at FPB.
However, FPB's Information Systems Department is responsible for most computer-related AV equipment (projectors, etc). Below you will find a quick list of who is the contact for for your various AV needs as well as contact information and how to reserve these items.

LRC

"The Carts"
The carts are already set up and contain a laptop with USB, CD/DVD roms, an LCD projector and Wireless Network Connection ready.
There is a full instruction book on each cart with how to's, setup and troubleshooting.
Please do not remove equiment from the cart. (You can, however, move the mouse to a desk, table or podium.) Items are locked to the cart for safety and security.

Multimedia Cart
The Multimedia Cart is an already set up cart containing a laptop with wireless internet connection, speakers, LCD projector, Slide projector and Document projector (ELMO).

This is a projector, VCR and Speaker set to project movies on the large screen.

Overhead Projector
The traditional overhead projector for transparencies.
Screen
The classrooms come equipped with a pull-down screen for projection. For those rooms that do not (IE first floor lounge, 2280, etc.) you may request a portable screen or project on the wall.
Mic/Speakers
A wired mic to be connected to the speaker system in the large lecture classrooms. If in a smaller room, speakers will be provided.
Slide Projector
The traditional slide projector with remote.
TV/VCR
These are TV/VCR combos on carts.
Phone for Conference Call
Telephones to use in conference calls.
Room 227, School of Nursing
Room 227 on the second floor of the nursing school has a few multimedia resources for your use. The room can be opened with any nursing building key.
This room can be used for:

To log into the first computer, you must use your regular FPBNT username and password.
If you are a student, you may use your grant username and password, or ask the IT dept and we can log in under the student profile.
NOTE: You must bring media to copy your scanned items onto a CD, floppy disc, or USB key. You may also copy them to your H drive.

There are five level 1 and four level 2 technology enhanced classrooms that are owned by the University in our building, currently.
Level 1 rooms are NOA 030/040/130/140/170. They include the following equipment:
