HOW TO CREATE A PDF

Many times, you may want to create a simple PDF file out of your document or PowerPoint presentation.

You will need Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) to do this. All of the computers in FPB have Acrobat.

If you would like to install it on your laptop or from home, you can download the software from the Software Center (be sure to have a broadband internet connection and VPN).

Now, here's how....

When you are in your doc/presentation/etc...
Click on FILE and PRINT
Choose ACROBAT DISTILLER
Click OK.

It will then ask you what you want to name your PDF and where you want it saved to.
