Visiting Scholars

We welcome visiting nurse scholars of all educational backgrounds for intensive study programs at FPB. Visiting scholars generally take courses and work with Bolton School faculty in a focused area of practice or research. Because of the complexities of U.S. visa requirements, we prefer to start the process 3 to 6 months prior to the time you want to come to our school. We request that you provide us with the following information:

• your name

• email address

• phone number

• the objectives of your study program

This information allows us to match you with a faculty member whose expertise is similar to yours. Study programs range from several weeks to several years; fees vary accordingly. Please contact Samira Hussney, Director, for details.

International Alumni

Our international alumni, who are conducting research, treating patients, and teaching students all over the world, are the FPB School of Nursing's best ambassadors. Twice a year we publish a newsletter specifically for our international alumni. Past versions are available here.

We welcome news and events from our international alumni and would be glad to put you in touch with our faculty who share your clinical or research interests. Contact Samira Hussney, Director, to update us on news in your life or country or with questions regarding our current educational programs.
