Message from University Housing to BSN Students

Dear First Year Nursing Students:

Welcome to Case Western Reserve University! Going to college can be a very exciting and anxious time and I hope to help you alleviate some of your questions and concerns about moving to campus in August.

Knowing that first-year nursing students will be required to attend the “Prepare to Care” program on August 22 and 23rd, you will be able to move into the residence halls on Sunday, August 21, 2011. Check-in begins at 9:00 am in Wade Commons. We will update your arrival date in our database after August 1, 2011. First year students are able to choose their own room online through our online housing selection process.

Beginning in mid-April through May, you will be able to look at available spaces and select the space that meets your needs and interests. More information will be emailed to about how the process works. In the meantime, you can view our residence hall floors plans and buildings. For more information about our residential college and living on campus, please visit our website.

I wish you the best this summer as you begin preparing for college. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (216) 368-3780 or lmh12@case.edu.

Sincerely,

Loretta M. Sexton
Assistant Director for Campus Living Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life
