All students must contact their Advisors to review academic progress and have their Advising hold released. Students can register online through SIS.

Deadlines To Petition to Graduate

October 7, 2011 for January 2012 graduation (petitioning in SIS opens Aug. 1, 2011)
-
January 27, 2012 for May 2012 graduation (petitioning in SIS opens Nov. 28, 2011)
-
June 8, 2012 for August 2012 graduation (petitioning in SIS opens April 2, 2012)
When you are ready to apply for graduation, please fill out your petition online through the Student Information System (SIS).
You can access the Apply for Graduation option in the "Other Academic..." drop down list in the Academics section of your Student Center.
For PhD students:
If any of your program or plan information is incorrect or you do not see the correct graduation term as an option when you apply online, please contact the School of Graduate Studies.
For post-MSN DNP students or MSN students:
If any of your program or plan information is incorrect or you do not see the correct graduation term as an option when you apply online, please contact the FPB Registrar's Office.

Please note: If you are a Post-Licensure DNP student graduating with your MSN, please contact our Office before submitting your petition. We need to update your program before you submit a petition.

Do not select DNP as your degree or program when applying to graduate.
For post-MSN certificate students:

For MN students:
If any of your program or plan information is incorrect or you do not see the correct graduation term as an option when you apply online, please contact the FPB Registrar's Office.

Please note: If you see DNP as a degree option, do not select it. You should select the MN or Master of Nursing program.

For BSN students:
If any of your program or plan information is incorrect or you do not see the correct graduation term as an option when you apply online, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Studies.
