Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing. Our services include maintenance of student records, support of student registration, and completion of commencement-related activities.
In addition to our office, the University Registrar’s Office is available for a variety of services, including official transcript requests and enrollment and degree verifications.
Our office is located on the ground floor of the FPB School of Nursing in room NOA 390A.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact your Advisor to discuss your academic plans and request your advising hold be released.
Step 2: Login to SIS (Student Information System) and register for classes
Once logged in to SIS, you can access your academic record, search for classes, view an unofficial transcript, and register for classes.
Debts to the University must be paid in full before your registration will be processed. Please clear any financial holds before attempting to register. If you have questions about your account, please contact the Student Accounts Receivable Office at 216-368-2226.
NOT ATTENDING CLASS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WITHDRAWAL
Students who discontinue all studies during the semester (even if enrolled in only one course) must complete a "Withdrawal Request" through SIS. Complete withdrawal during the fall and spring terms will result in a "WD" grade on the student's academic record. Tuition charges for the semester will be a percentage of the tuition cost based on the number of weeks in session. The withdrawal process will not be considered complete until either an on-line withdrawal request is processed by the Registrar's Office or a signed withdrawal form is received and processed by the Registrar's Office.
No one will be allowed complete withdrawal after the last day of classes.

To request a withdrawal, please login to SIS, and select "Withdrawal Request" under the "Other Academic..." menu.

Non-Degree Seeking Students
If you have not yet been formally accepted into the School of Nursing, please complete the Non-Degree Student application and return it to the Registrar’s office by fax or e-mail. After your application is received and approved, you will receive further instructions via e-mail on how to register via the Student Information System (SIS). In addition, if you have not already done so, request that your former colleges/universities forward your transcripts to us. See our Other Students page for more information.
Ph.D. students need to contact the Graduate Studies Office at 216-368-4390.
