Evidence-Based Nursing Practice: Identifying and Implementing Best Nursing Practices Based on Evidence
This certificate program is designed for nurses, managers, and staff development personnel in any healthcare setting. It provides a basic but comprehensive level of knowledge about evidence-based nursing practice. More advanced certificate courses offered by the Hirsh Institute build upon this foundational level of knowledge. The goal of the Hirsh Institute for Evidence-based Nursing Practice Certificate Program is to provide knowledge and skills that enable participants to engage in clinical practices that are based on the best available evidence, and to contribute to organizational initiatives in their workplaces to meet and maintain evidence-based nursing requirements for JCAHO accreditation and Magnet Hospital status.
