Your main mode of communication here at Case. Whether you are a student, staff or faculty, you will have a Case email account. And be expected to use it...often.
You are probably wondering how one might go about that, right?
Well, you have come to the right place!
The first thing you must do is activate your Case UserID. Allow 24 hours for the account to become active, and you are ready to go!
What is my e-mail address?
Good question!
The standard Case email address is as follows:
firstname.lastname@case.edu
However, some folks like to use their "UserID" address, which would be:
abc12@case.edu (abc12 being your UserID).
For information on alternate addresses, please refer to our Mail Alias section. This section will outline the different options available to you, as well as explain some of the older email address options that you still may see from time to time.
How do I access my E-mail?
The easiest way to start using your Case email is by using Webmail. Just use your UserID and password, and you will be logged in! For more information on using Webmail, or using a different mail client, please refer to the Email Nav to the left. |
